Yonoo provides access to multiple AI models through a unified interface. The Service includes:

• AI-powered chat assistance across multiple providers
• Intelligent routing to optimal AI models
• Free and premium subscription tiers
• Chat history storage and management

3. User Accounts

You may use Yonoo anonymously for up to 20 chats. To access additional features, you must provide a valid email address. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware or engage in hacking activities
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium features require a paid subscription. Payment is processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled according to applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Yonoo. You retain ownership of content you create, but grant us a license to process it through the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law
